hi there my name is zeeshan and i myself graduated from Northern Cyprus, i have no idea about south side but if you are eligible to enter in North side then i will suggest you to visit Near East University - Petroleum Department -Engineering Faculty , they have been doing alot of research in the field of oil, gas and Bio Diesel , they have been massive in the research and they are also recruiting students from outside to let them participate in research. So if u r eligible to visit North Cyprus then try to visit NEU university
