What are the advantages of " Cash on delivery" mode against Credit Card or other e-commerce payments ?

advantages of it was the cash delivery has no more charge,no have technical problem like bank account close and most of all that not all financial building likesome grocery store has a credit card payment allowed,,,small stoe never take a card for payment its only cash,,,,

Cash on delivery means both side parties not trusting on each other. Advantage of cash on delivery is no risk of fraud in payment and items. Other side credit card payment are more chances of fraud.

I agree with Mr. Ali's answer that Customer Satisfaction, No risk of Fraud and in addition customer will have advantage over it as upon receiving the good, payment will be made. Also the one who is not having cards also can make purchase using this option, this is advantage to the seller as this way accommodating more customers in his list.
