This cash includes:

Petty cash.

Proceeds generated from sale of books.

Proceeds generated from sale of plants and fruits. (Nursery is being run)

Receipts generated for needy people.

Should he count this cash all simultaneously and at main reception? Or should he perform each cash count separately?
