What is your career strategy, to stay in job long time being a manager or to shift from job to another until finding the right job and position?

Everyjob is right job you find but perpetually job change is not recommended.

My strategy is:
1- making a group of friends in my field to sharing knowledge.

2- keep studying.

3- gaining more achievements.

My career strategy is to stay in job for a long time, so that i can grow with the organization and see the effects of my effort on the organization in the long run. In my view in this way i can improve by learning from the feedback i get and get more experince whereby i'll get promotion and a good career.

My Career strategy is grow professionally as well as personally.

I want to grow along with the company, and i want to share my abilities and experience to other staff, to whom can contribute more to the company

 

To obtain a position that will enable me to use my strong organizational skills, educational background, and ability to work well with people.

 

As a manager there are more responsibility. So, every manager means a member of a family of company.

I would like to work with the Permanent strong company in any field and an attractive salary makes me that I stay for long without the need to look elsewhere.

 

Better to stay in job long time being a Manager and may be promoted to higher positions rather than shift from one job to another -  is a good  career strategy.

 

In order to achieve the above,  avoid being too strict  and too lenient  in policy implementation,  always choose the middle.

All depends on your career needs, family needs, and (family) lifestyle.

Before you move, ask yourself these:

     1. Is there a need to change my current job?

     2. Is the new offer worth more than what I am getting now, work wise, money wise, career wise, family wise...? 

     3. Is the new location suitable for my current skills? My future plans? My dream home? My family? Our needs and happiness? 

     4. Is it worth the risk to change in a new environment?

     5. Am I ready?

Do a self evaluation. You need that before you decide. Many things are at stake in career changes. And unless these are met favorably, there is no need to move on.
