Depending on the person's preferences and his/her type of working . For instance if he / she works as internal auditor so CIA will be more suitable and if works as external auditor then CPA will be more suitable . And for managerial accountant CMA .
Both CIMA and CMA are related to Management Accountancy whereas CIA is for Internal Auditing. Which is the best of these3 depends on where do you live or intends to work and your interest of the subject.
If you live or intend to work in North America (USA or Canada) it is advised to gor CMA as it is the acrrediated course in those countries for working as a Managment Accountant. If you live or intend to work outside the countries mentioned above, it is advisabel to for CIMA which is widely recognised qualification and the companies prefer candidates with a CIMA qualification.
When its comes to CIA, it is for the internal auditing and it is the only course which is globally accepted.
In my personal view, CIMA is the best and it also provides accerelated route ( You are exempted from few subjects) to CIMA if you are MBA qualified from a well known recognised University. So, its a good deal.

As for me madam arshiya khan i would go for certified internal auditor since i will be exposed to many industry accounts compare CMA and CIMA which are specifically to manufacturing industry.
according to job hunting in Dubai market for accountant CPA is the best and CIA for the post of auditor i think CIMA is not most demanding degree in Dubai Job market
