What drives engagement on social media?

• The Information one shares with the target audience should be relevant otherwise it becomes boring.
• Always respond to those who engage with you, its only fair that way - its all about recognizing and listening technologically.
• Reward those you engage with and sometimes its not about financial rewards even a simple thank you can go a long way. Bayt.com uses points that come in different ways and that is satisfying for that moment.
• People relate better to images just like in school the best way to learn is through images or pictorials.

for me is, Interest of subject matter, friends, learning and knowledge sharing. Thanks.

- The audience's interests play big role; if they are not interested in the subject of a post, they won't spend time exploring it.

- Short posts with easy language; people are too busy to read long posts with words they don't understand.

- What's in it for them; everyone like a good reward, if they can gain something from participating they will give it a try, keep in mind the reward should be something they really want.

I think a lot of different factors play a good role on that, such as professional goal, personal interest, events, friends and background.   

Good content with relevant information creates increase social engagement on any social media platforms.

Focus,Compounding and Reciprocity and above all being a part of the social community as a participant.
