How I can make a Business vision and mission statement?

One requires a good knowledge of the company, the environment that it operates in and an understanding of how the industry is likely to move.

The best way is to involve a large number of people within the organisation to draw up the mission statement. This needs to be discussed till a common understanding is reached. Involvement ensures better buy-in from the company employees.

Vision is more like defining the future, where the company wants to be.
