I am the best player of the team but my direct Manager criticize me at every stage. at the Other hand he didn't criticize the others. Why ?

One of the best things you can do to avoid criticism is to deliver your work on time and meet or exceed your expectations. Do not miss deadlines and always put your best foot forward. If your boss has questions about your methods, answer them and provide explanations for the way you do things. Provide data showing how your methods have benefited the team and the company. Arrive promptly to work and be willing to stay late if necessary to ensure your work is complete. This will give your boss fewer reasons to criticize you and improve your overall work environment.

He sees most potential to grow in you and not in the others :) He wants you to be the best one by challenging you and make you improve the smallest mistakes. And remember: getting feedback (positive or negative) makes a better learning process than getting no feedback at all.

Sometime some managers when they find their subordinate very much skillful with high expectation especially if the manager is not professional & high skilful and when the subordinate experiences wise is close to the manager or second person in department they afraid from their set, such manager will never appreciate or encourage such talent staff member, because such manager is lacking confident.

On the other hand talent, skilful manager with confident, when they expect more from his subordinate they provocative them to get more better performance from the current, because he know your skill only when you reach to your manager expectation he will show up his appreciation .Mr. Omer only you can judge what type is your manager .

He/she is biased or having discrimination.

If criticizes the right points, its good for your to be take that as a opportunity to prove you be the best. Otherwise, he/she can self understand that no point in criticizing when there is nothing to criticize. Thanks.

Because he has high expectations on me and he believes that i can perform better than the current performance and he trusts my talent.

Better you start searching jobs, I  don't think he really want you to improve. this is the stage where firing start .
