Because in initial stages both Companies have apprehensions about each other, then how to sort out all these issues?

See i am from Pakistan and worked for one multinational retail company "Metro Cash & Carry ". at that time i was at very small position. This company fell into merger with local group. At that time company was at top level in Pakistan but after merger company started going to decline. This was the basic reason that both the managements was not at same table. Now at this time company trying to make its position strong.
