Usually organizations with a serious Management Commitment and Training Budget can get its benefits including Employee Awareness, Competence Development, Employee Motivation which in-turn would result in Overall Improved Process, Lesser Process Rejection, Better & Realistic Objective Development & Achievements and better usage of resources and at the end of the Day making Organization more Competitive and grow faster.
