yes by non direct questions you can know that

other indicators like : Silly questions, Bad comments on the candidate, Ironic environment

I don't think so. I think identifying a person in a right manner can only be over a period of time. so it's difficult to find out in the interview. I feel so. thanks.

It is not exactly that the boss would be a "bad boss" it's more of an overall positive or negative experience for both ends.

Some situations happen when the interviewer may send negative signals to the person being interviewed and that may influence the interview process and make the candidate  nervous or distracted such as:

- not maintaining eye contact.

- not giving enough time to answer.

- Also, last minute updates or job or role requirements that can be surprising to the candidate and perhaps hard to fulfill. 

such behaviors can influence the flow of the interview negatively and make it complex for both ends to come up with the best interview result eventually.

There are numerous easy catching and noticeable signs that may occur from a toxic boss during an interview. A defensive body language from your boss is a sign that you as a candidate represent a threat to his position. For example, during the interview, he or she will avoid direct eye contact with you or may start rifling through papers.
