How will you register and activate windows ?

Either ways below :

From your DeskTop or Click on Start menu:

*Right Click on Computer (My computer) see the bottom section         -->Windows Activation

               -->Click on (change product key) OR (xx days to Activate .Activate Windows now)

* Click on Start menu.

       -->System. 

             -->Windows Activation 

 

                 -->Click on (change product key) OR (xx days to Activate .Activate Windows now)

Activate using the Internet

When you begin the activation process, Windows tries to detect an Internet connection. If one is found, you can activate online. If you use a modem to connect to the Internet but aren't currently online, you'll have the option to activate using a modem.

To activate by using a direct connection

1. Open Windows Activation by clicking the Start button , right-clicking Computer, clicking Properties, and then clicking Activate Windows now.‌ 

2. If Windows detects an Internet connection, click Activate Windows online now.  If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

3. Type your Windows 7 product key when prompted, click Next, and then follow the instructions.

To activate by using a modem

1. Open Windows Activation by clicking the Start button , right-clicking Computer, clicking Properties, and then clicking Activate Windows now.‌ 

2. Click Show me other ways to activate. 

3. Type your Windows 7 product key, and then click Next. 

4. Click Use my modem to connect directly to the activation service.   If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

5. Click the location nearest you from the drop-down list, click Next, and then follow the instructions.

 

Activate using the telephone

If Windows isn't able to activate online, you'll have the option to activate Windows 7 using an automated phone system.

1. Open Windows Activation by clicking the Start button , right-clicking Computer, clicking Properties, and then clicking Activate Windows now.‌ 

2. Click Show me other ways to activate. 

3. Type your Windows 7 product key, and then click Next. 

4. Click Use the automated phone system.  If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

5. Click the location nearest you from the drop-down list, and then click Next.

6. Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process. 

7. When prompted, enter the installation ID that's listed on your screen into your phone's keypad.

8. Write down the confirmation ID that the phone system gives you.

9. Type the confirmation ID into the space provided under Step 3 in the activation dialog, click Next, and then follow the instructions.

10. If activation isn't successful, stay on the line to be transferred to a customer service representative who can assist you.

you can activate windows through the internet or by using telephone

1) right-clicking Computer, clicking Properties, and then clicking Activate Windows now , if a connection

     is made , it will ask u for An administration user and password to complete

2) if by phone , open activate windows now from earlier , and click on show me other ways to activate,

     type ur windows product key then click next , click Use the automated phone system , choose the

     nearest location , call one of the numbers available .

 

 

Right Click on My Computer  ---- Properties ---- Windows Activation ---- Put License Key  ----- Press Activate Windows ---- ask microsoft genuine 

Depending on which version of windows and if it is a personal computer or a company that will determine the way to activate it whether it's through a company's volume licensing server or try the 4 different ways online for a single computer activation.

  first , i must have a windows product key for registration activation the windows  , the steps

1- open control panel  < system and security < system 

2-from windows activation title , press on change product key , then put the key that contains 25char then  follow the steps to activate the windows

There are2 major types of Windows activation1) Online2) By Phone. To activate Windows online go to the system properties and enter the product key and then click activate. Note that your system should be connected to the internet here.

To activate your Windows by phone, in the activation wizard you will see a telephone number after choosing the country you are in. Dial the number and follow the on screen instructions. The system will read a confirmation ID back to you and once you enter that ID your Windows would be activated. This type of activation does not need internet connection.
