In my opinion Manager is obselete term in these new era of work culture.
We need coach rather than a manager who can always provide supporting hand whenever and wherever required by team / work force.

There are many different terms in the field of management.
There are: .
Manager .
Leader .
Boss .
Coach .
Mentor … etc Each has it own definition.
I can say that a Manager is the person who can balance resources to better server internal and external clients within his domain.
Internal clients are his team members, and external clients are his other colleges in the company.
A manager must not always be (nice).
Some situations needs tough manager.
