What kind of automated tools are using in the gulf for software testing. or in gulf they prefer manual testing rather than automated ?

Gulf needs an extensive introduction to the meaningful use of testing even though there are development efforts in place

In Gulf area , manual Testing is prefered than automation and automation is optional.

But some companies began to depend on automation aligned with Manual Testing and the perfered automation tools are:

• HP QTP
• Oracle Open Script
• Visual Studio TFS

OK, meaningful means both in manual and automation related to domain under testing !

Software Testing itself is not well understood in middle east. Only Banks, Financial Institutions and Telecom companies opt for that.

Testing Tool access is there but one have to check whether Management support is available..
