How Can i allocate the over head on the projects (i.e : Visa Expenses, labor accommodation, Accom. Maintenance, fuel, .etc )?

These Accumulated Expenses should be Divided by the number of labor and the duration of contract and then should be allocated to the overhead head under a specific head.

The expenses mentioned in you question calculate as fixed monthly rate per labor unit. and add to the labors budget
