If you have the option, would you prefer to have a male or a female boss? and why?

A boss has nothing to do with the Gender! So such opinion cannot be generalized and shall always remain prejudiced. 

Male or Female , boss is a boss as long as he or she is ethical & professional. 

I prefer to work with a professional boss regardless the gender. 

My preference would be a a professional boss/leader. Gender does not play any role.

 

I prefer who know much at work field to learn from him

Professionally speaking,I would prefer to have  a male boss because it would help me to learn a point of view of the other gender for a particular topic or a matter.Besides all this a gender does not matter if the person being boss knows how to handle his designation himself towards subordinates.

First Gender doesn't matter. Will prefer the one who is at high level of professionalism and have leadership skills. 

I dont think it's a matter of genre. I had both and each leader had its own personality. It is more important how you can adapt and understand him/her. It might be more related to emotional/rational leadership rather than genre.

Gender must not be a criteria for this. I would rather have a true leader, man or woman!

For me I dont mind to work with men or lady Just I need to work a professional person working with right person.
