In order to be awarded a certain job, you need to start from yourself and ask such these questions: what qualifications do I have to get that particular job? what are the desired knowledge and skills I need to my professional career?
After that you might need to expand or extend your job search into different catagories.

One should prove his knowledge and skill and show the employer that he/she can add potential to the objective of the organization. He/she should request to give him/her a chance to join employer even for no compensation for a certain period

There is always a shortage of good mining engineers in the industry, who can understand behaviour of rocks while planning mine design and execution mine development.
Mining industry having acute shortage of mining Geo-technical(Rock mechanics) engineers at this time.
Also expertise in machine planning , traffic management and optimise production and drilling and blasting will provide excellent openings for the mining engineers.

after all i'm the second of my class i already trained in JPMC and proved my self but when after i applied for job there they told me that ok i'm good but they won''t hire me for no reason
also in other sectors i tried alot even to participtate in many training programs for free but they are always reply with same words , we don't need anyone right now .....it's been a year and a half since i graduated not even an interview in Mining sector i got
