If a chance is given to you in your Organization what HR Strategy you would like to introduce?

Being in HR what I am trying to launch with support from my head and other departmental heads is to introduce and launch strategic PM through KPIs. Through this we are in position to device a transparent frame work of evaluating the organizational, departmental and individuals performance which helps us in many form and core side is to know where we are heading and either we are in alignment to organizational objectives or not.

This need a thorough knowledge of organizational process and HR subject expertise in sharing and devising this frame work.
