What would you do if you have a three years of an experience and some companies consider you as fresh graduate?

·        Proof you have the 3 years' experience.

·        Negotiate with the company not to consider you as a fresh graduate, Do not challenge, dialogue is the best strategy!

·        Ask them politely why while you submit the experience documents and proof?

·        If the salary offered is worth an experienced, you can ignore the experience issue.

This is a good and useful question, I wish to find acceptable answer
