What are the top three (3) hr initiatives you took in 2012-2013 to transform your organization?

These initiatives may be around4 building blocks of HR like IT/System, operational excellence / service delivery, Organization Culture and strategic business partnership.

Communication, better communication, and even better communication!!! that's the key. Communication between people, between the top management and the people lower down, and vice versa. Building more measurable systems. What cannot be measured cannot be managed.

We selected and implemented an HRIS system, base don teh key critical processes we wanted to implement or improve.

We then had to detail define the respective fporcesses, as else these would not be possible to automate.

Based on the design, we implemented the policies and procedures (irrespective of the HRIS implementation, as this would take another2 year) to ensur ethe people do not get confronted with an unknown process AND a new system, but do it a step at the time
