Politics intervenes when associates put their personnel interest before the company and when a sense of insecurity arises, whereas interdependence will help any society achieve greater goals.
Generally speaking, in order to achieve regulating a certain behavior at work (organization culture) ,one needs to stimulate the right actions, social morality,teamwork spirit, and other necessary acceptable behaviors.
When organizational culture is established,maintained,and sustained then politics/personnel interest vanishes instantly as it is unacceptable because there's a counter for that already(teamwork spirit)
