First of all, there is no such thing as dead end job. It's dead end peopel who are creating the vision of dead end jobs. Every jobs have a wide range of learning space. I am working as a Secretary of the Director of Nursing for 5 years and I learned alot of skills that i can use to other fields like Human resources recruitment, Medical Records Department, and many more. It doesn't matter what your Job is; it's how you view and adopt to it.
Secretarial position is a professional career that you can learn and improve your skills if you could in other fileds and one day you can be a leader in other departements. just learn more along with the study of secretarial and Administration and then, you can find alot of careers and vancies in other departements. MBA will help you more if you interested. one day you can became a manager as I did.
