Both of them, if the employee love his - her work, and only the salry if he - she aim to gain money
i guess both are important and it's hard to give up one of them , however it's look sometimes something depend on the personality , some have no vlaue for money so they would stay in their work as long as they giving their respect as a human while others consider the work as something harsh within its nature so they can expect anything including their values been missed
