What is the best organization structure in management , functional organization, matrix organization or projctized organization? which you prefer?

Thar depends on your business needs. Adopt the one which you can implement and the one which support effectively achieving your oganization's goals.

Usually there is no criteria to evaluate wehter a company is sucessful for being a specific type of organizational setup.

From my experience, when working on a vendor side, the matrixed organization is the best. Whenever faced with additional workload, people from within the setup were delegated to help out.

Organization structure depends on the requirement of type of work & business in an organization. Its not a matter of best or worst. It is actually a matter of individual requiremenst of a business.
