If asked by the interviewer, " What is your greatest strength, and biggest weakness?", what would you answer?

For Strength I would give the following answer:

I'm well motivated, I've got a strong desire to succeed, and I'm always ready and willing to learn new information and skills.

For weakness I will prefer to say the following lines:

I'm always ready to learn new skills and adapt my methods to become better at what I do. If I become aware of a weakness in my knowledge base or in the way I perform my duties, I do my best to fill that gap whether through formal training, informal training, or directly from my colleagues.  

My greatest strength is my commitment to use my expertise and whatever might be required within the company's value system to successfully achieve the the organization's goals with the company's staff. My greatest weakness is to discover that I can't implement my greatest strenght.

I always get things done efficiently,weakness will be inability to tolerate laziness.

This is one of the MOST important quesion and a great opportunity for the candidate to demonstrate his expertise and how One is practising personal and organisational values.

+ Strength such as Networking, effective communication, time management, highly diligent, analytical and love to work with numbers (recall all your biggest accomplishments to identify your strength) 

- Weaknesses such as impatient (when working on a project to meet a tough deadline and often change priorities), time management (bit slow when you need to be more alert and diligent rather acting in haste).

Showing such working values reflects your openness to accept your mistakes and working hard to further improve and hone your skills. 

My greates strenght is my ability to learn new things quickly. And my weakness is my soft heart.

My greatest strength would be my honesty and my biggest weakness is the sudden sickness of my health.

This is a Very Important question which is Almost Been Never Missed by any Good Employer.This question will Reveal much out of your personality and definetly It will psotively or negatively Impact your Interview.some people are very Innocent while answering this and some are very Emotional while answering it.Every One knows well about their strenghts and weakness but when it comes to dispose it in public  I think a perosn has to be Liitle diplomatic while Answering it.I was been asked this question Many times and I Always Answered it based upon the situation and type of job I am applying and also depends upon type of person who is Interviewing you,things may varies depending upon the environment as well.

My strenght can convert into my weakness and weakness to my strenght. I dont have patience, can be a weakness but also a strenght, as due to this, i am always eager to learn new things, in order to develop my skills, and move forward, as an example...And it is also up to situation ..

I will tell my strengths as learning new things, taking challenges, inclined to growth, adaptability , self believe and i will say i fear not knowing my actual weakness is my weakness.

I was asked that in my interview, I replied back with this " my strenghts? I can't be influenced and I am myself and will always be. My weakness is food." and the interviewer brust into laughter.

My greatest strength is my leadership quality and my ability to learn from my mistakes and my biggest weakness is I dislike people with double standards  I lose my shirt and get disheartened when people lie to me.I takes me some time to come out of this rut.
