Excessive eagerness to work
Not being able to put my strengths in efective use.
Well, my answer was " being overconfident". This is the type of situation in which you have to portray the positivity of negativity :)
My biggest weakness is that I am selfless and this inevitably allows me to commit110% to help others climb the ladder of success when instead I could exert all that energy to be in a higher status.
I can answer that it is the inability of talking about the expected salary.
Ths question should be answered in a way so that we turn negative into Positive. e.g we can take one non-essential skill by saying that my this area needs some improvement and I am working on it
I gave this answer in my last interview.
"I admit to being a bit of a perfectionist. I take a great deal of pride in my work and am committed to producing the highest-quality work I can. Sometimes if I'm not careful, thought, I can go a bit overboard. I've learned that it's not always possible or even practical to try and perfect your work-sometimes you have to decide what's important and ignore the rest in order to be productive. It's a question of trade-offs. I also pay a lot of attention to pacing my work, so that I don't get too caught up in perfecting every last detail."
If any body questions my hardwork and honesty I cannot tolerate, this is my only weakness.
I do like to help others and try to keep values , doing this I can not compromise on the basic rights of co workers. I donot always say " Right " until it is right.
