How would you successfully market yourself for a desired position? What strategies would you use?

A succesfull strategy in my opinium is dealing with  one of the most important things  in being succesfull and bringing sucess to the business in concern, is being nice with the people you employe, treating them well, appreciating there work and accomplishment and letting them know how good they are in areas they do well and also advise on what needs to be done better. When you show empathy ,consideration as well as many other factors to do with the sucess of a business as when you give ,you always get back better.

First looking at features of my competitors for that position, iidentifying what is lacking in them, thus enhancing that feature, ultimately projecting my capabilities and enhanced feature

from my point of view the most successuful strategy to position your brand, product or service to use the competitive advanatage of the product or service in creating positioning of my target audience minds againts other competitors in the market
