Excel is very enjoyable program as it can draw tables of data and draw curves and charts for data listed in columns or rows . Excel is magic program to be used in equations and functions by usage of variables.

1 - make the function
2 - be a supper user to find the function with the easiest way
to make function you must know how to make macro , to make macro in excel or calc (libreoffice , open office both are alternative to MS office Excel) you must know VBA (Visual Basic ) , visual basic is not difficult to learn
the other way to be a supper user and that come with time
