Stress is an unpleasant fact of life. We all experience it for various reasons, and we all try to come up with ways of coping with it some with more success than others. Life can be stressful; sometimes you'll have to deal with ongoing stress positively. Stress can have a variety of causes such as family problems, job problems, financial difficulties, poor health, or even the death of someone close to you.

It is very hard to recommend or advice anyone who is under pressure, beause people mostly think that when you are not in the same pressure you can never feel it.
But the only things that i think it will help when am under pressure and i used to do are:
1. Be sure that our GOD will be always there.
2. Think about the positive things i can get from this pressure.
3. Find some funny things that can break this pressure.
4. Find someone can share me this pressure and think creativly.
I would try to find out what the main sources of the stress are, and then recommend to categorise these into high priority, medium proirity and low priority,
Starting with the high priority items, I would then advise the person to go through these one by one and chose one of the following:
Whatever you are doing which might be the cause of stress (singular or multiple causes), take a step back! Review your situation and work on alternatives, stress will only take you in one direction!
Whatever you are in stress try to take a review you will be able to find the solution.
If the stressful situation is something that cannot be changed, like for example family, health or a similar major reason, then I would say, that the person must find something that he likes to do and to engage himself to it. Maybe reading literature, music, sports, anything that he likes. When we are doing something fun, then our whole psychology changes and we don't "see" the problem as bad as before. We are more optimistic and maybe if we have a positive perspective, we obtain another dynamic and that will probably give an alternative or a way out of the stressful situation.
The first thing to remember would be "It's just a bad day, not a bad life" and the belief that things will get better. Secondly, Sorting out the things to be done will surely help.
For example:1) Write down whatever duties are left to be done. keeping in mind that the work that has caused you stress shall be done first. There is an immense relief when a work is done no matter how small or big it is.
2)One by one, make sure to cross out your TO-DO-LIST .There is a pleasure in striking out the things you have finished doing as well :-)
3) Take it in your own pace and take the time to relax. Do whatever it is you enjoy doing. It need not be ALL WORK AND NO PLAY !
