Bien sûr. La formation doit être bien préparée de la brise glace à la phase de clôture. Il faut avoir un cheminement et un fil conducteur pour attirer l'attenIl faut respecter une progression bien déterminée et expliqué dès le début. Il faut être conçu et concis quand il faut. Il faut répondre aux attentes des formés. Il faut aider les formés à trouver leurs propres formes. On a deux volet ; un volet de transposition de savoir qui doit être planifié au préalable et un volet andragogique dynamique qui réponde au besoin de la situation de formation.
