well. this depends on the position itself, some positions do not deserve more than1 year such as (data entry), and some may need longer than that, such as CFO, but my opinion is that the average is3-5 years. the justification for this is that any term longer than5 years would really make someone bored and mostly will make the level of performance decline, the human nature always demand for a change.

It really depends on the position itself as well as the employee's speed of growth in skills and knowledge.

It depends on the creativity and innovation of a person in his / her profession field, in my opinion, If someone has been achieving good results for many years, follows the trends in his/her profession and implements them to his/her daily tasks, If he/she brings fresh ideas and improves the existing  processes, there should be no reason for any replacement.

It's a commonly shared thought (especially by recruiters) that a longer employment record on one's CV, is indicative of "employee stability, loyalty or consistency" as opposed to jumping & humping from job to job. This may differ according to geography & job markets though. Many job markets now acknowledge factors such as "change" & "flexibility", and the fact that life-long employment with one company is something of the past.

Generally speaking, a full-time after-graduation employment should not be less than one year, I believe. But this is only my opinion.

It depends, according to the input of employee, it he is progressing and productive to the company and getting response accordingly from the market and the company, he should stay. whenever these factors turn off, the person should leave or find a new domain.

If the person is comfortable in the company and likes the work done on it, I see no inconvenient for the person to remain in the same company a long time.
