How can a teacher help develop young children to become an equipped individual and competitive in the coming 21st Century?
By strengthening their hearts. EQ over IQ. Children nowadays have their ways of being educated. Education is different from schooling. Education happens anytime, anywhere while schooling is simply attending school. Not all those who attend school are educated. They may possess gilded diplomas but they are not contributing to the welfare of the society. It is with this that educating the hearts is important. What is the purpose of having a high IQ but having a low EQ? Might as well produce lots of scientific calculators or intelligent computers or robot teachers or cure-for-all-medicines or auto piloted transports or robocops, than a workforce without a heart.
Giving them good education, through evironmental study.
