HACCP implementation needs GMP or according to ISO220 the PRPs to be implemented before starting HACCP. Therefore, it is difficult to know the cost. So le'ts assume you have a meat export company and you need to have HACCP detailed plan. How much it will cost? the cost may not be only for developing the document on paper but it will need real cost for the implementation.
