Where do you see future of retail business where online business soaring up?

Products can be purchased online, but purchasing of air tickets online will be a risk for passengers without knowing all the terms and conditions of tickets and rules and regulations for the country's visas.Also, a travel agent can waitlist the reservation and confirm the lower class, but a passenger cannot make just the reservation on waitinglist online.

Its a very interesting question. Consumers will always see the value of physically going into the store. Its a value perception issue and a status issue, I feel that peoples confidence in new distributors/online retailers is quite fluctuant.
