Responsibilities: 

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
• Estimate script development efforts, analyze, qualify, and communicate results.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.

Required skills: 

• Engineering Degree, Business Degree, Computer Engineering degree preferred.
• Previous QA experience preferred (1-2yrs), but not required.
• Effective organization and time management capabilities.
• Superior communication skills.
• Agile Scrum Knowledge preferred.
• Collaborative business approach. Able to work with team members and cross-functionally in your own responsibility scope as well as toward corporate objectives and initiatives.
• Team player and collaborator.
• Demonstrate empathy and respect for people.
• Develop authentic relationships, through generous listening and straight talk.
• Experience in test automation with selenium or other tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD software delivery (Continued Integration/Continued Delivery) practices is a plus.
