We are searching for a talented and charismatic Restaurant Manager. Creek is the hotel’s signature outlet located on the top floor of our property with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The cuisine is overseen by Executive Chef Alessandro Fontanesi and draws inspiration from the fresh Mediterranean flavors of France, Spain and Italy. We are committed to highlighting the very best of local ingredients, with a constantly evolving seasonal menu. The local community and their warmth are a key component of our guest experience and our Restaurant Manager will imbue a passion for the destination, cuisine and the culture.

The Restaurant Manager will demonstrate the following key characteristics:
Ability to communicate clearly and openly creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and team work.
Demonstrates superior knowledge of Restaurant administration and operations.
Proven ability to effectively lead in a variety of situations with guests and operational needs; flexible leadership style.
Master Your Craft:
The Restaurant Manager is directly responsible for overseeing the Creek outlet’s operation ensuring the highest quality of service. The Restaurant Manager will engage, motivate and develop the F&B team to achieve their goals while effectively managing labor and operating costs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of previous Restaurant leadership experience in a luxury hotel or stand-alone Restaurant setting required.
Excellent command of both English and French language is required.
Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal skills, good problem solving ability, engaging, and energetic.
The ability to oversee all aspects of the outlet operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training and developing the team.
Actively drive the Marketing/PR activities and F&B promotions according to the established F&B Promotional calendar.
Recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new ones.
The ability to work closely with the Director of F&B and the Executive Chef, to design effective seasonal menus while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.
The ability to build an open and trustful environment where everyone's opinion is shared and valued.
The ability to coordinate personal training to guarantee a high level of service and productivity.
The ability to anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability.
As a Department Leader, you will motivate and develop a team, leading by example at all times, and instill a culture of continuous learning and improvement among your staff.
You are actively involved in identifying and assessing the needs of your team and investing in their career development through effective coaching, training, and by instilling company our values.
