We are looking for a talented merchandiser to join our PPAG team and help drive growth in our category. As we expand our product line and grow our category, we need someone passionate about eCommerce that can help deliver a great shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for someone who can learn fast, develop points of view in a constantly evolving landscape and with the energy and passion to motivate teams and stakeholders!
Your role will involve
You will be part of the PPAG Merchandising Strategy team, supporting the PPAG Product Owners in management of merchandising activities to deliver an outstanding customer experience Day-to-day, you will work as part of an autonomous merchandising squad, including members from web design, copy writers and operations, all working to bring strategies to life on the site Define the creative briefings for any site update, reviewing creative, gathering cross-functional feedback, giving objective feedback, and ensuring inspired creative is delivered Planning and coordinating execution for merchandising work, working with product, designers, copyrighters, production artists, photography, localization and operations teams Help the squad to ensure they have what they need to complete merchandising work, including removing any impediments or blockers to increase team velocity You will help lead regular meetings with partners to prioritize work, capture inputs and communicate findings You will support the ongoing evolution of the process to achieve magnificent execution You will systematically quantify the impact of your projects and leverage these insights to bolster future merchandising strategies.

Education & Experience:
1-3 years’ experience working in an eCommerce or Merchandising related role Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Passionate about the customer experience and visual merchandising Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable learning new data analysis tools Knowledge of the PPAG markets a plus Experience working with Agile principles and methodologies strongly desired Fluent English speaker required
