We are looking for an "Analyst - Business Operations" for our company.
Job Description:
Ensuring the accurate planning processes; including forecasts, budgets, business planning
Preparation of business reports/results on monthly, quarterly, and annual perspective in-line with Financial Calendar
Performing financial and operational analysis in budgets and actuals by preparing sensitivity, variance and bridge analysis
Deep dive into business opportunities or shortfalls in financial KPIs to improve performance.
Spearhead quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes by analysis of business performance & trends & market conditions
Any required ad-hoc analysis, presentations for certain business development
Supporting teams in problem-solving
Qualifications:
University degree in Economics, Engineering preferably from Industrial Engineering or related fields
Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain environment and has experience in driving business performance, financial & business control, reporting, project planning, preferably demand planning experience and from within the Apparel Industry
Good knowledge of management accounting and reporting standards,
Ability to work with international teams, sourcing teams and influence them with a strategic and analytical approach
Business excellence mindset and strong interest in upstream supply chain developments
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis, to be able to transform complex data into basic visuals and reports
Critical thinker, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and planning skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
Hands-on, result oriented and structured
Strong team player with excellent social skills
High standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
Excellent MS Office applications (advanced excel, PowerPoint), Power BI is a big asset
Excellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
