How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist within our SGRE Izmir office who will be conducting analyses of data using various methods and tools to extract information as basis for decision making.

Some other responsibilities are: 

• Carrying out business and data analysis in R&D
• Evaluating and meeting reporting requests from units
• Playing an active role in Solution/Improvement processes
• Documenting and updating R&D Center developments/reporting
• Providing support to operational processes when necessary
• Preparing various reports (Turnover - Employee Turnover Rate Analysis, Employee Profile Analysis, PDKS, etc.),
• Systematically follow organizational metrics and KPIs and make periodic reports.
• Actively coordinating purchasing activities, mainly ;
  • Fleet Agreements / Management
  • Travel topics (SAP Concur, Hotel Agreements, Vista Tourism etc.)
  • Standard Logistic topics (Couriers)
  • Office Supply & IT Supply
  • Insurance Policies
  • Real Estate activities
  • Advisory services (Legal, Tax audit offers & agreements)
  • HR external company agreements & Training topics
  • Monthly P2P report preparation
• Employee SAP role owner process follow up

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We also expect you to have..

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar
• 2-3 years of experience in purchasing functions
• Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
• Good command of SAP, and ARIBA
• Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Good command of verbal and written English skills
