About the Role: CEO Office Associate
You are our only point of contact! This role is for you if you have great client and program management experience.

Senior Associate wears different hats, such as part strategist, data analyst, digital visionary, and often distribution leader. You will be OPLOG's favorite and our client's everything to succeed in delivering projects while maintaining an excellent relationship with our existing clients.

Main Responsibilities:
- To lead the Business Transformation Program,
- Configuring, executing, and socializing the transformation plan,
- To design, implement and measure corporate-scale strategic business initiatives compatible with all areas of the company,
- Developing the transformation roadmap and following it perfectly with all stakeholders and taking continuous action,
- Contributing to creating the strategic plan and being the champion of strategy execution in all internal and external layers,
- Developing detailed financial models for OPLOG's growth plans and individual initiatives,
- To follow the latest trends in logistics, e-commerce, and technology,
- Contributing to the long-term value creation efforts of the CEO Office,
- Assisting teams (both direct and indirect reports) in the management of high-profile projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO Office as assigned,
- Working with other leaders to ensure critical processes and systems are established to support the company's strategy.
- Assisting the CEO to complete priority items at an appropriate level of quality.
- To research/report on strategic agenda issues,
- Establishing coordination between the CEO and various external/internal communication parties,
- Keeping the CEO Office accessible and open to new ideas and proposals.
Qualifications
- Having at least 1 years of experience in strategy consultancy or multinational companies,
- To have competent analytical knowledge in operation management and market analysis using data,
- Being a team player with a positive attitude and strong cooperation skills,
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Having used tools such as Miro, Excel and Powerpoint,
- Ability to use English in written or oral communication at an excellent level,
- Has an analytical and assertive mindset, likes to get out of his comfort zone, is willing to build new structures,
- To have a sense of ownership and accountability, giving importance to growth and personal development,
- Have excellent multitasking skills.
