Please note - This position will be on a temporary extendable contract for 11 months. 


Key responsibilities -


- Support the administration of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that is aligned with Colgate’s Total Rewards strategy and is in compliance with country specific legislative and regulatory requirements.


- Provide daily operational and administrative support of benefits plans in accordance with established policies and local legislation.


- Support compliance-related activities.     


- Prepare and design ad hoc compensation and benefits reports.


- Consolidate payroll process for some countries and validate payroll for the others.


Required Qualifications -


- Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Administration or other


- 1- 3 years of HR / Total Rewards or Finance Experience
