Cost Engineer - (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is currently seeking a Cost Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Cost Engineer will be responsible for analyzing project costs, creating budgets, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. They will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives within specified budgets.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine project costs
• Create estimates, budgets, and cost control plans for projects
• Monitor and track project expenses and report any variations or deviations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions
• Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate project cost forecasts
• Review and approve invoices and change orders for payment processing
• Prepare cost reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
