Job Description


The Finance Business Partner for India, the Middle East, and Türkiye will lead and oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations in these regions. This role is essential in guiding the financial strategy, ensuring robust financial management, and driving business growth and transformation. The Finance Director will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and control, while also serving as a strategic partner to the business units, ensuring alignment of financial goals with the company's overall objectives. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively navigate diverse market landscapes, champion financial best practices, and lead a team towards operational excellence and innovation. The Finance Director will also be instrumental in delivering transformation plans, optimizing financial processes, and contributing to the long-term financial health and success of the organization.


  • Lead the IMET Finance team to provide the wider business with analytics and insights to support strategic and operational decision making, and in doing so, influences improved business performance and capital allocation decisions.
  • Lead the development and management of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes. This involves working with the regions to develop budgets and forecasts, reviewing and analyzing budget variances, and recommending changes to achieve financial targets.
  • Delivery of the bankable plan. Short term achievements for FY23 and ensuring framework and structure for achievement of the outer years.
  • Finance business Partnering to provide the relevant support and insights to drive the delivery of the overall asset management strategy.
  • Lead the risk management process for IMET Developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy. This includes identifying and assessing risks and supporting in the development of risk mitigation plans.

Preferred Education


Bachelors - Accounting, Qualified Professional and Equivalent. Basic (3 years) - Accounting
