Field Marketing Manager


What this position is about - Purpose: 


The Special Channels Activation Department is responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective programs for Leisure Channel & Special Projects for all JTI brands.


The role of Field Marketing Manager exists to build and strengthen brand image by creating experiences, through HoReCa Outlets & Events.


The role will need around a minimum of 50% of travel. And the work hours could flex to after working hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays as well due to business needs.


What will you do - Responsibilities: 


  • Managing the remote team of nine people; leading them, coaching them, growing them and unleashing their potential, included routine field visits with the team
  • Understanding the strategy, building plans to support strategy, supporting field execution, measuring the results and re-setting the plans to grow further
  • Assess investment decisions for outlets & events
  • Budget follow up, making sure that it's in line with the plan
  • Managing the field agencies and making sure all the executions are in line with the regulations and approved by the legal department
  • Measuring the execution performance and improve where needed

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 


  • You hold a University Degree (Bachelors/Masters)
  • Bring over 10 years of relevant marketing expertise
  • Fluent in English with native Turkish proficiency
  • Proven experience in remote & large team management
  • Expertise in Consumer & Trade Marketing
  • Proficient in Data Analysis and Business Development
  • Experienced in budget oversight and Agency Management
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within your region and to work according to flexible working hours regarding business needs (evenings and weekends)
