Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in preparing Question in different brands such as Edwards, GST, KIDDE, ASP, LHD and PAVA systems.
• Providing technical support & pre-sales works to our VARS in Turkey territory.
• Helping to add our brands in vender lists specifications by visiting consultants, end-user & developer companies.
• Supporting & assisting the Regional Sales Manager to win the projects to increase the sales revenue.
• Making many technical trainings to our VARS & end-user in different brands.
• Assisting our VARS in the testing & commission at sites in different brands.
• Helpings & assisting our VARS to design the Fire Alarm System according to EN54.

Requirements

• At least 2 - 5 years of experience in fire and security systems.
• Proven ability to install, test, commission, and service Fire Alarm Systems & Security Systems.
• Excellent servicing, diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with the ability to resolve by elimination or technical recommendations.
• Ability to communicate with both external and internal customers in a professional and consistent manner.
• Computer skills capabilities.
• Excellent Turkish and English language skills (speaking and writing).
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
