About the location:
1. Trains, supervises and diciplines all bar staff.
2. The ability to requisition, pick up, verify, and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.
3. Offer guests of the f&b venues an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
4. Stock controlls at the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
5. Ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending, etc. of drinks.
6. Maintains a friendly yet unobstrusive manner with all guests during their dining experience.
7. Communicates with other departments to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
8. Communicates with Restaurant and Bar Manager to discuss menus, marketing strategies and guests comments and concerns.
9. Assists for performance evaluations for all employees.
10. Maintains a daily log for communication between staff and upper management.
11. Attends and participates in all required meetings.
12. Promotes team work and fosters a harmonious working climate.
13. Promotes good public relations and handles complaints or concerns of guests.
14. Properly handles and reports employee and guest accidents.
15. Performs other tasks and projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
16. Develops and maintains an elegantly appointed environment with high qualified staff, dedicated to attentive, distinctive experience.
17. Ensures that the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demosntrated by all staff.
18. Anticipates in advance all materials and supplies, assure their availability.
