Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientations
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Assist with training and development initiatives
- Address employee inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
