HR NEW GRADUATE
Who we are looking for:
·New graduates to work in different HR units (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Business Partner)
·University graduate from related departments i.e. Economy, BA, Labor Economy and Industrial Relations or Engineering
·Min. 1 years of internship experience in HR functions is a strong plus
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in PowerPoint, Excel
·Having can-do attitude to challenges and passionate about HR
·Strong in people relations and communication
·Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy
·Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment
What you will be responsible for:
·Taking active role in different units of HR
·Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management,
·Creating and delivering employee engagement projects
·Support daily HR Operations
·Giving support to HR Analytics processes
·Building and sustaining strong communication with stakeholder
