What You’ll Do
Help to acquire potential small and medium-sized business customers with daily searches,
Actively interact with the client and organize meetings,
Successfully represent the company by communicating strongly with customers,
Demonstrate the highest level of customer satisfaction by believing that every customer is unique,
Ensure the coordination of the communication network between the customer and the company,
Track customer contracts and invoices,
Ensure that the CRM system is up to date.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in related fields,
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in Payment Organizations,
Customer-oriented, has strong communication and planning abilities,
Having persuasion and negotiation skills,
Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
Proficient in reporting processes.
