IT Intern

Rapsodo Sports is a sports analytics company that uses computer vision and machine learning to help all athletes maximize their performance. Our proprietary technology applications range from helping PGA Tour golfers optimize their launch conditions to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency on their breaking balls. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, PGA of America, and over 1000 NCAA athletic departments.

As Rapsodo continues to grow and expand our business internationally, we are looking for a hands-on, driven, and empathetic IT Intern with a passion for collaborating and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to internal users, addressing basic IT issues such as password resets, account setups, and workstation setups.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, printers.
• Install and update software applications as required.
• Maintain and update IT inventory records and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on IT support activities and issues resolved.
• Contribute to IT projects as assigned by the IT manager.
